Thomas Grossenbacher is CTO for the mandate Rhystadt AG
Thomas Grossenbacher has over 30 years of experience in the Swiss and international real estate market. From March 2019 to November 2023, as Project Leader Quai Zurich Campus, he was responsible for the conversion and new construction of the new headquarters on Mythenquai in Zurich. He previously worked for the Swiss Finance & Property Group as Head of Foundations, for the Swiss Prime Investment Foundation as Chief Investment Officer and for Swiss Prime Site Group AG as Head of Development & Construction. In Real Estate Asset Management at Credit Suisse AG, he was Head of Construction and at Karl Steiner he held several management positions in major new construction and renovation projects in Switzerland and some abroad.
